Today was a busy day. My mom wants to buy a house, so we looked at 5 houses today. 4 out of the 5 houses were nice, but none were perfect of course. I thought it was an accomplishment to think 4 out of 5 were nice. Bear in mind we are fussy people. My mom more so than me, and this is going to be her house so she wants what she wants. Location is a big deal for her, which can make things tricky. We have time and there are plenty of options we haven’t even seen yet. It is interesting process, but it can be a lot of fun too.
We took the grandparents to a Salt River Brass Concert in Apache Junction today too. It was a benefit concert for the parks and recreation department, and it had a big band theme. I helped with some of the marketing for concert as part of my job, and I was the photographer today. Salt River Brass is a local brass band, and they are really good. We saw their holiday pops concert in December, and this one was just as good. They featured a few soloists including jazz vocalist, Margo Reed. It was a great concert, and there was a good turnout. Then we had pasties at the Cornish Pasty Co. They were delicious as usual.
The green shirt is from Ross. Brown Gloria Vanderbilt cords and the Sofft shoes. The weather is getting warmer, which might make working with my 30 pieces tricky. I’ll make it work though; that is part of the challenge!
Bye for now!
